This was very easy to setup and pair with my iPhone, and works perfectly with their Phone Halo app.
Whenever you are misplacing your keys, wallet, computer or whatever item you misplace, the Trackr is a great solution. You can simply add it to your item and then whenever you misplace it you can just look at the app to easily find out where it is.
The wallet tracking device is slightly bigger than a credit card but easily fits right into a credit card slot in your wallet. It runs on two coin cell batteries and they last up to two years!
Here are the details:
- Cross Platform, works on iOS and Android devices with Bluetooth 4.0
- 2 way ringer tone
- Item location
- Replaceable batteries, no recharging
- Distance Indicator
- Track up to 10 items
Next is the StickR TrackR which is perfect for putting on car keys and remotes. This does exactly the same as the wallet TrackR but is the size of about a quarter.
Now for the part everyone hates.. The negatives. It’s a great product and a great idea. But the only thing that stops me from giving it a 5 star product is the range in which the tracker can go. It can max out at about 100 feet and that’s if no other devises obstructing its signal. To me that’s the biggest flaw. If I lose something, chances are it’s way further away than 100 feet. But that’s because it uses the Bluetooth from your phone to track it. If the tracking range could go farther than 100 feet it would be an easy 5 star.
